Their 5 new Services SETA Learnerships, focus on all levels within the organisation, that includes Senior Management, Administrators and Contact Centre Operators. The National Qualifications Framework levels varies from Level 1 to Level 5. Depending on the level of the NQF qualification, the following skill areas will be developed to ensure learners have the required skill competencies essential in the workplace.

Further Education and Training Certificate: Generic Management
Overview:

Seta Training Programme - General Education and Training Certificate: Business Practice
Overview:
This SETA Training Programme is a must-have Business Practice programme for organisations wanting to improve the skills and workplace performance of entry-level staff (NQF1). It provides foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer and basic business principles. It is suitable for employees who may have dropped out of school before grade 10 and therefore lack essential professional skills.
Seta Accredited Courses - Further Education and Training Certificate: Contact Centre Operations
Overview:
The National Qualification in Contact Centre operations: Level 4 is designed to meet the needs of those learners who want to progress and will assist those who make Contact Centre Operations their chosen career path, in the field of Contact Centres.
As part of the SETA Accredited Courses, this qualification should produce knowledgeable, skilled people who are able to contribute to improved productivity and efficiency within the Contact Centre industry. It should provide the means for current individuals in this field to receive recognition of prior learning and to upgrade their skills and knowledge base. The qualification is structured in such a way that it exposes individuals to a set of core competences to give a broad understanding of Contact Centre operations and supervision. The electives will allow for a specialisation of competence in either a commercial or an emergency environment.
National Certificate: Management
Overview:
The purpose of this qualification is to build the knowledge and skills required by employees in
junior management who has had schooling below NQF level 3. It is intended to empower learners to acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate confidently as junior managers in the South African community and to respond to the challenges of the economic environment and changing world of work.
As a qualification that covers management, it provides a framework for learners to develop competencies that will enable them to become competent junior managers. It introduces some theoretical concepts, requires the application of a limited base of knowledge and requires a well-developed range of skills that will enable learners to be informed workers in their chosen industry.
National Certificate: Generic Management
This Qualification covers five domains: Leadership, Managing the Environment, Managing Relations, Managing Knowledge and the Practice of Management. It addresses each of these domains with generic competencies, so that it allows learning programmes to be contextualised for specific sectors and industries. It reflects a similar design to the FETC: Generic Management, in that it provides opportunities for learners to transfer between various specialisations within management. This leads to the strengthening of management competencies and will enable managers at this level to manage successfully systems, processes, resources, managers and teams in their various occupations and contexts.
This qualification is further intended to empower learners to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate confidently as individuals in South African communities and to respond to the challenging economic environment and constantly changing world of work. Ultimately, this qualification is aimed at improving the effectiveness and leadership abilities of middle managers in various occupations in South Africa, in private and public business entities as well as non-governmental organisations. For this reason, the word 'entity' includes a company, business unit, public institution, small business or non-profit organisation.
Further Education and Training Certificate: Project Management
Project management consists of the planning, organisation, motivation and the control and allocation of resources needed to achieve specific goals and objectives. The primary purpose of this qualification is to provide learners with a foundation of basic project management knowledge and skills which can be used to build further project management related competencies. This qualification will give learners the knowledge and skill to put strategies together and the ability to implement the techniques and processes to manage projects.
National Certificate: Business Administration Services
Overview:
